In our house we call the spiral a Kittymon Bun! :) Also kittyloaf :D
In this house, we refer to the spiral as the shrimp.
ahhhah i love your drawings of linney
we have an obese cat in our neighbour hood who loves to do the 'flop' over and over. i could stand forever there watching it
This is delightful. I think my favorite is The Flop.
My kitty makes those exact same poses. Like... exact. Finally, someone who understands the difference between kittyloaf and hen-ing!
I'm in love with this post <3
I remember the "hug n bite" formation from your watercolor tutorial. That's an adorable painful one.
Bwahaha Linney is fantastic. The observant spiral made me laugh.
I used to have a dog who did a variant of the flop. She would just fold her legs. I don't mean fold and gracefully lower herself. She would be standing and just raise her legs and crash down. We always knew when the dog was taking a nap. You could hear the crash and feel the house shudder when she fell. Weird dog.
Billie the poodle does this, too. She's skinnier, though, so there's no aftershock. :c)
(Actually, she does a lot of these, including "Quad Mitten Defense." Did I accidentally get a 50-lb, curly-haired cat when I ordered a poodle?)
Does your kitty always look so furious?
The hug-n-bite is a favorite of every Maine coon I've met.
I believe I've fapped to the character in your icon.
hehehe, and here I thought my cats are unique and imaginative...
you got a real cuty there...
Hahaha. As a kitty owner, I love it.
Quad Mitten Defense is a good strategy. When i see two dogs playing, I like to guess which one will use it.
the ol' pen biting routine, that's a good one.
Mauahaha!! Your cat is so awesome! The lurking under the bed!! *shivers with fear*

That capital M on her forehead --
-- short for Mark of Cain, Mark of Cat, Mwaaahhahhaaaafoolishhumanyouareinmypower? VERY cool.
This comic made me smile.
My friend's cat does "the flop" every time he gets home. It's so adorable. What a lazy cat.
We call the meatloaf kitty a "toastered kitty"
All of these are adorable though and they all make me happy!
We call the "prairie dog" a bear! When we give her treats we lift them above her head and say, "Be a bear!" and she does. This is the only way we give her treats, because we're terrible kittyparents.
Sushi spends at least 50% of her time in position #1. She's become a throw pillow cat in her old age, except if you try to place her decoratively she'll walk a way.
are you going to sell prints of this comic?
Nice! That last one would set me mildly on edge.
