Oh, this month's Stop Paying Attention made me eye my tiny fake Christmas tree sadly. It's really all I have to remind me it's Christmas though when in S.Korea!
I'm also missing the good ol' days of LJ. It's hard to post now, since every time I try it seems to fail, and when it does go up, half my friends list is no longer on here. It's kinda tragic because nothing has really filled the void of comments and icons and communities and stuff. Sobs.
I'M SO JEALOUS. i love alan rickman ;__;
this month's stop paying attention made me depressed despite my serious business ltr. :( i'm sorry that the holidays seem to have made you lonely.
Yes, bask in my envy but remember one day HE SHALL BE MINE!!
Ahem.
I am creating so much envy you could bask until the summer.
I follow you on Twitter and I'm really enjoying your insomnia sketches. Now that I'm back on the east coast for a bit (I'm normally 3 hours behind you) it's nice to look at them during MY bouts of insomnia.
I thought Rhett was riding a llama at first, because I'm sleepy, and because of the way the lines are along the bottom.
Thanks for continuing to post to LJ! Some of us are still clinging on with all our might. Love the insomnia sketches, too.
The community hasn't depleted, it just lost fat. ^.^
But seriously, I've added a few people and communities to spice up my LJ-list and it has helped. I've become more active in reading and replying to it.
Also, curious about the book! I think I still need to order a few to complete the collection. o.O
Were you at the Bust Craftacular?
Poor Julia. Never cooking at a stove, a counter, that met her at the snug happy level perfect for la cuisine.
Sorry for the existential issues leading to your insomnia... I can certainly relate. However, I'm loving this sketches you've come up with to fill your time and soothe your mind! Beautiful to see this kind of work from you. And the little Chris & Curt sketch was adorable too.
Hi Lucy! :)
Congrats on finishing (drawing) the comic! That's a huge accomplishment, you should be proud. :) I drew a 10 page comic for a term project at university recently and I had no idea how much work would be involved, so I feel you there. In regards to the latest comic - I've always wanted a real tree. For years we've only had this tacky plastic thing and it's kind of depressing. It's just not the same as a real one. Rest assured that while I may not always comment, I read everything you do, so I'm not going anywhere. :)

I loved the camel with its great prickly realism.
It's great to see your sketches, but I hope reasons for your insomnia disappear.
No way we can tempt you up here to the hinterlands, The City has Alan Rickman!
Eek, I'm part of the depleted community! I always come back and tell myself this time it's for good, but it never lasts. I'll contribute some more envy in which you can bask, though! And I certainly hope that enthrallment continued into the new year's eve :)
P.S. Happy early birthday! ... I'll probably forget to come back is what I'm saying. My eyes are shifty-colored.

Hope you get to do something fun today.
Happy Birthday, Lucy!!
And I do hope that you keep posting here until the very most bitter end. (Eor is determined that he'll do the same, and do all he can to revive the place by posting every day. He's trying to get me to do the same, but damn it's hard to even think of two words to say, some days.)
Happy belated birthday! I hope you had a great day yesterday.
